NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th November, 1997

S.O. 774(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests No. S.O. 88(eE), dated the 6th February, 1997, namely : -

In the said notification -

(i) For serial No. (2) and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely :-

(2) Dr. G.R.M Rao, - Member
(Officiating Director),
Central Institute of Brackish Water Aquaculture,
Egmore, Chennai, expert in the field of aquaculture
