CEERA TEAM

The CEERA Team, that is maintaining the Webpage, is a young team of legal and technical professionals working, literally round the clock, to make a positive difference to the current state of environmental law in the country. The team comprises of;

1. O.V.Nandimath: Associate Professor, NLSIU specialized in Commercial Law, Consumer Law, Environment and Public Safety, Disaster Management Law, Chevening Scholar (2001) and currently engaged in coordinating and executing the World Bank supported, Government of India project on Strengthening the Legal Capacity of Environmental Managers in India.(Legal Component)

2. Ms. Sumitha Rao: Research Officer, CEERA specialied in Constitutional Law, International Law, Environmental Law. Her research interests include Pollution Control Laws and Land related Laws.

3. Ms. Pushpa Kadam: Library and Documentation Officer, CEERA, is a Master of Library and Information Science. Pushpa is the chief architect of the CEERA Webpage.
